If you were involved in a motor vehicle accident and you are within the first 12 weeks after your crash, you will be pre-approved for 25 sessions. You will need an active ICBC claim number.

If your accident has passed 12 weeks or if you are coming from another clinic, please give us a call or email us with your claim number and adjustor's email. We need approval from the adjuster before we can start treatment, or else you will be responsible for the entire amount for the session.

Inspired by his experiences recovering from a running injury in high school, Tim completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Physiotherapy Degree from the University of Sydney. Tim has experience working with a wide range of individuals including youth, working professionals, recreational athletes and weekend warriors. He has previously volunteered with the SFU Varsity Men’s Soccer team.

Tim has additional training and specialization in the following skills: sports injury management, running injuries/running and treadmill assessments, office/workplace injury management, repetitive overuse injuries, injury prevention technique, functional reconditioning, and personalized, tailored exercise prescription.

Locally raised in Vancouver, Tim grew up active with track and field and swimming from a young age. His highlights are completing the Vancouver Triathlon, Great Trek Half Marathon, and the BMO Full Marathon.

He continues to lead an active lifestyle and enjoys helping others to pursue their health and fitness goals.

An avid swimmer, you can often find him at the local gym or swimming pool. He enjoys swimming in new waters all over the world, and hopes to swim in as many lakes and oceans as possible!

Karen completed Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia and Bachelor of Kinesiology from University of British Columbia.

Her path into physiotherapy was shaped by her own experience as a basketball athlete, where overcoming significant injuries ignited a passion for rehabilitation and human movement.

With a strong foundation in athletic performance and injury management, Karen has worked with elite and grassroots sports teams across Sydney—including basketball, rugby and soccer. These roles have given her a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands placed on athletes at all levels. She applies this insight to deliver personalised, evidence-based rehabilitation strategies that promote performance, prevent injury, and support recovery.

Karen is committed to guiding individuals through their rehabilitation journey—whether they’re elite athletes, weekend warriors, office professionals, or recovering from motor vehicle accidents. Her treatment approach consists of a combination of education, exercise and manual therapy. She designs tailored treatment plans that empower her patients to return to their favourite activities!

Outside of the clinic, Karen enjoys staying active through strength training, running, cycling, and hiking.

Colin is mainly accepting lower limb injuries.

Special Interests: Knee Injuries, Running Injuries, ​Lower Limb Injuries, ACL Rehab

After graduating, Colin worked in a musculoskeletal private practice in Australia, primarily treating the sporting population. His time at a running specialist clinic led to a strong interest in treating running related injuries, tendon pathologies, and lower limb conditions, with a particular focus on ACL rehabilitation.

As an experienced physiotherapist, Colin has received additional training through several post-graduate courses including the Mulligan Manual Therapy courses (both lower & upper limb), ACL rehab courses, running injury courses and attended several orthopaedic conferences. He is one of a few certified in blood flow restriction in Vancouver.

In addition to this, Colin enjoys promoting the profession of physiotherapy by mentoring students and new graduate physiotherapists. He can also be found translating research for physiotherapists worldwide

In his spare time, you can find him exploring new trails with his Australian Shepherd Millie or discovering new cafes.
